We are constantly asked about our name and logo. When in Sydney people knew us as the Creative Cooks, why? because we were a creative agency and our last name was Cook. However on arriving on the Gold Coast we were new and no-one knew our name and we were constantly asked “Are you guys chefs”. So the need for a new name arose. After culling multiple options we arrived at Birddog, named after our 2 best friends, Cookie the labradoodle and Buddy the Labrador retriever who have spent their lives by our side while we worked waiting to go to the beach and chase the birds and waves. Through our love of 80’s surf and skate culture the perfect logo was created and our catch phrase was born – Birddog… we work like dogs to make your business fly!

We run all meetings out of Local cafés to not only assist them in their business but to also introduce our clients to these great venues and hopefully increase their patronage. We endeavour to share utilities like power and internet to reduce consumption in the local area. We ride push bikes to 90% of all our local meetings to help reduce emissions and support our local environment. We started a local Cooly Networking Group run out of Vikings Currumbin Surf Life Saving Club which supports the club by bringing at least $40,000 in breakfast orders and other functions to the club each year.
